Chauvin House

Spencer started the audacious task of restoring this ancient family home in 2003 and restoration efforts on the house are ongoing still, with his family's assistance today.  The process started with a master plan and extensive consulting/collaboration with his father, Henry Chauvin, Architect. About 80% of the work has been personally performed by Spencer himself with tasks ranging from matching French/storm doors, to window sashes/shutters, to making tongue & groove flooring, designing a stairway to electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, painting, ventilation, epoxy repair, cabinet design and custom install.
